SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At Sasya, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver to all and any postal address around the world and our shipping partners are DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC etc. However Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code / zip code.
Please keep in mind that residential shipments to the USA and some other countries will be left at door if there is no one to receive the package.
We take great pride in being able to offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers.To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders within India, please be sure to include the complete postal address with the correct PIN code. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
In case of overseas orders, shipping cost is calculated on the basis of weight; size of the parcel including the product, the packing material etc and delivery destination. For International Shipping, $18 (USD) for 1 kg is calculated. Once you choose a product and add it to 'My Cart' and proceed to Checkout, the exact cost of shipping is auto calculated.
Most orders are delivered within 15 days from the date of invoice. However, there may be delay in delivering to remote areas / villages and other towns as delivery is purely vested with courier companies.
Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner does not make any pick-ups on those days.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Sasya will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by postal / courier agency.
SHIPMENT AND TRACKING DETAILS
Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the shipper’s reference number (airway bill number/docket number) through email.
In case of delay in shipping at our end or any concerns regarding fulfilling your order within the stipulated time frame, we would inform you so through an email.
ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS
If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to firstname.lastname@example.org and the needful will be done.
VAT & CUSTOM DUTIES
